Can I Exchange for another product?
We’re happy to help you exchange your order for another item or for store credit. Kindly note that many of our pieces are one of a kind meaning we can’t guarantee the availability of the item you might want.
I bought the wrong colour blanket or scarf - can I choose a different style or colour?
Yes, you are welcome to check our website or stop by in person to see if we have a better choice in stock. If not, you can return the item and be given store credit.

What do I do if an item I received is defective?
If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us by e-mail with a photo and details of the defect within 30 days of the original shipping date. We will either replace the product (if still available) or refund the purchase price.
I live in the US. Will you ship to me?
In 2021 we will be shipping world wide, however, if you want to purchase now and you live in the US we are happy to UPS out your purchase and you will be contacted by e-mail to be given a shipping quote.
